Notes:
I got this show on DVD and reauthored it using TMPGEnc
DVD Author 1.5.20.62.  I'm fairly sure the original source was
a tape of some format that was recorded from a satellite broadcast.
At the beginning of the disc I got the word Play pops up and the
recording begins.  There was also about 7 minutes of blue screen
after the performance which looks like the tape was left running.
I assumed it was a satellite broadcast because the channel's logo
is present in the upper left corner and the recording suffers from
some blocky spots that is typical of certain satellite channels. 
Since it's a TV broadcast it is pro shot and excellent quality.
